On Friday, March 27th Apple was among several private sector companies who have launched information apps and sites to help disseminate information to the public about COVID19. It is an online screening tool that provides up to date information and guidance. You can also ask Siri “How do I know if I have coronavirus?” and Siri will have you respond to questions and then direct you to the CDC. Website: https://www.apple.com/covid19/
In a similar move, Amazon’s Alexa voice assistant can also help users evaluate their risk level for COVID19. Users can take advantage of this technology on any Alexa enabled device and was the first to introduce voice assistant information from the CDC.
