Envision
When a group of powerful insurance brokers identified that digitally enabled business models could disrupt their book of commercial business they turned to GNR8R. As a team, we developed a new virtual commercial insurance business model where commercial insurance customers can shop rates, bind and purchase insurance policies online.
Design
GNR8R worked with the Canada’s largest brokerage companies to develop the business model and a “go to market” road map that included branding and marketing. The entire plan was developed to leverage the use of content and social media to drive a return on investment that would ensure long term success. The model was further underpinned by a comprehensive set of success metrics.
Orchestrate
Once the plan was in place, the GNR8R team defined, selected and briefed the specialist suppliers needed to develop the brand, media plan and website. By choosing and contracting theses specialized suppliers individually the entire process was delivered well below market pricing. With key suppliers in place GNR8R drove the integration of clients and suppliers behind a clear set of success metrics.
